By checking 'Yes' above, I approve my child attending camp at Penfield Little League and certify that they are to participate in all camp activities.  In case of injury or sickness, Penfield Little League, Steve Pace and/or Camp personnel are not liable and have my permission to use their best judgement in the care of my child.  I also understand that I am responsible for maintaining health insurance to cover any emergency, hospital or medical expenses.
